The Mom Song was greatly under estimated by the band. It was just a song they wrote & recorded on a whim but it was their best selling song on ITunes! Now here's where its gets weird: at the end of the song, if you hang in there for about 35 seconds, the song Revolving Door appears out of nowhere. Its a crazy & unusual piece that defies categorization. Concrete Sky main songwriter, Bob Hembree recorded this whole song himself (with the exception of the bass guitar, added by CS bassist Dan Foster). Then the band gets an email from Shad O'Shea, president of Fraternity Records in Ohio (Americas oldest independent record label). Shad was working in his office and listening to the CS demo play, it finished up and while there was some cool music on there, he felt there was no big potential hit songs. And then 35 seconds went by...... and boom, he was BLOWN AWAY! He said this song is the big hit on the record, no doubt! Shad passed away since then
