Sam Sims began his musical journey at age seven, learning piano from his mother, and was writing original songs by age fourteen. He performs on guitar, ukulele and harmonica, and his eclectic style incorporates Folk-Rock, Hawaiian/Reggae and Acoustic Soul/Pop. Sam has shared stages with acts such as Willie Nile, Steve Forbert, Trevor Hall, and Rob Machado. His band opened shows for Bob Marley’s legendary band, The Wailers. Sam works with Springsteen’s engineer, has had music featured on CBS’ Hawaii 5-0, and has performed at the NAMM Show.
