Mark Taylor is the singer/songwriter behind "The One". Hailing from Scotland, he has been involved in playing and writing music for over 10 years. After a move to California at the beginning of '96, followed by a 3000-mile move eastwards to Portland, Maine, Mark has finally returned back to Scotland where he continues to write, record and run Futurascope Music. His music is guitar based and takes it's roots from the melodies and sounds of the 60's and early 70's with bands like the Kinks, The Who, The Byrds and The Beatles all having an influence.
