Carolina Araoz is a saxophonist, singer, and musical director who runs the cultural music association Jazz Jaus in Lima, Peru. With Spanish language vocals, her original music blends Easy Listening, Latin, and Jazz elements to create a cool, chilled-out vibe. Founder of the Orquesta Juvenil de Música Nueva, Carolina has performed at Jazz IAJE in NY and other festivals in the US and Peru. She has a Master in Music from the Lincoln Center Institute and the University of Texas, and she frequently appears at music conferences and workshops.
