Portuguese artist Charles Sangnoir has composed, recorded, and performed in several internationally acclaimed projects, resulting in over 40 recorded albums and hundreds of live performances. He studied under the guidance of Rui Júnior (Toca Rufar Percussion Orchestra), João Luis Lobo, pianist Isabel Prata, and Soprano diva Elvira Ferreira, among others, and has been actively composing since 1992. In addition to his own unique dark cabaret act, La Chanson Noire, Charles also writes for Film, TV, Radio, and Theatre in a plethora of genres.
