By the age of 18, Blago Simeonov was a clarinetist with professional orchestras and giving radio recitals and concerts of his music in Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Holland, and Canada. He also created Fuga Idearum, a one-man multimedia show featuring his poetry, paintings and music, narrated in Warsaw by the celebrated Polish movie actor Gustav Holoubek. The critically acclaimed show moved to Prague and Sofia, where it was stopped by authorities.
