Deep Mountains

In China there are many kinds of hermits who are tired of the secular, living in the deep forests in an attempt to break the shackles of matter and enter the spirit of detachment. Deep Mountains turns this cultural phenomenon into a form of Black Metal music that ranges from atmospheric to fiercely aggressive. From dreamy moments with plucked acoustic guitar and heavenly vocals, to dark and intense double-bass drum rhythms, these songs represent a new cultural and musical tradition in China.
