Yabaso

Yabaso is an ethnic Hani Folk singer from China's Yunnan province, which was part of colonial French Indochina and borders on Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Tibet. He sings traditional songs in the Hani Language, which he learned from his elders, and he also composes his own contemporary music. Yabaso's soulful vocal melodies can add an authenticity to Southeast Asian productions, as well as for TV and big screen movie epics depicting heartwarming stories of overcoming hardships. Each of Yabaso's songs tell an uplifting and memorable story.
