In the Casa Pepe studio of producer Uwe Hoffmann, AKA Mont Go, who has previously worked with Die Ärzte, Sportfreunde Stiller, and Extrabreit, an album is produced within two weeks that – and here the comparison with the elephant fits after all – unites the primal force of hard-rocking guitars with rugged German vocals that swing between idiosyncratic-rebellious charm and wise, sometimes melancholic gentleness. The musicians behind Mont Go are seasoned veterans in the business.
