Teflon Vest, born and raised in S. California, was destined for a life of music from an early age. With parents deeply rooted in singing and theater, his journey into performing began at the tender age of 3, when he was involved in plays and musicals. By age 12, Teflon Vest’s musical world expanded after being introduced to a Casio keyboard. That’s when his passion for beat-making took off, sparking hours of recording from tape to tape—dubbing and layering sounds to create his signature style.
