B4iGo
Country: USA
In 1987 guitarist Steve Melvin, bassist David Lettire, and NYC illustrator Meryl Sklut-Lettire formed the band B4iGo. They recorded their debut album on a Tascam 388 1/4” tape deck in Union New Jersey. Despite limited resources, the band developed a loyal following and performed regularly until their eventual break up in 1992. The band was known as a “Poetic Punk” but touched on many musical influences from their formidable years. Recently, many recordings considered lost were discovered. The music was remixed and mastered as split files.
