Malizzia & Malizzia

Coming to us from Spain, Malizzia & Malizzia (Maria Jose Montaño and Manolo Alvarez) began their musical career in 1993. They recorded three albums, and in 1996 they won the Benidorm Festival with their song "Y No Puedo Más." From that moment on they published albums including one dedicated to the Andalusian poets adding music to Lorca, Cernuda, and they toured numerous theaters in Spain. In 2015, Maria Jose won the contest "Somos Así" in Fuerteventura, with a song written by Manolo. Malizzia & Malizzia produce exquisite Pop Latin music.
