Doug Peters

Doug Peters is a Singer-Songwriter based in Hull, Northern England. It all began for him with a beat up guitar, a handful of songs, a pocketful of dreams, and small-town indifference. A worldly artist, he has played gigs all over the British Isles, but he is at his best among his contemporaries of the Yorkshire Folk music scene. Described as an acoustic Bono meets Johnny Cash, Doug continues to play his mix of Acoustic Folk and Country music to new and appreciative audiences with his album "Tales From Gingerwitch Green."
