The Goldstars

Veterans of the Chicago Rock and Roll scene, The Goldstars got together as friends to play the music they loved. They shared a mutual affection for the Golden Age of primitive Rock and Roll as they worshiped the holy trinity of the Farfisa organ, the fuzzed-out guitar, and the wailing voices of American kids trying to sound like British kids trying to sound black. The electricity generated by The Goldstars is evident in their Garage Rock, Garage Punk, and Vocal Rock chops, and their motto is ‘take a bow, wipe the brow, throw the towel'!
