Vinni Hamilton

Born in London and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, Vinni Hamilton got his start singing individually and with school groups, often participating in national competitions. He was awarded a scholarship to participate in a brass program at the Jamaica School of Music (now Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts) at the tender age of 10 and continued studying there for a year after. However, he didn't discover his flair for keyboards until years later, through his work with various local bands and choirs in and around Kingston.
