Burlesque Jazz
Smoky sultry sensual Jazz deriving from burlesque clubs and cabarets of the early 1900s, as as well as Dixieland elements. Often featuring a torch saxophone, sensual trombone, or muted trumpet solo, a slow measured tempo, and sensual rhythms, it's perfect for strip tease and burlesque performances. Burlesque is similar to Cabaret Jazz, though more erotic and generally louder, leaning from the larger, more boisterous audience common in burlesque venues.
