A graduate of Birmingham Conservatoire in England, Rik Roberts studied composition with renowned Anglo-Indian composer John Mayer and British composer Andrew Downes. He is comfortable across the board with different genres, but he has been particularly successful with World Music. Rik has a strong interest in Indian, African, Spanish, South American, and Celtic, as well as Roots Music in general.
