Kunji worked as a session guitar player in his home country of Pakistan during the mid-80's, and also played in a variety of bands throughout Singapore and Malaysia. After turning his attention to composing, Kunji also worked as a songwriter, arranger, and sound designer for various satellite TV networks in Pakistan.
